Celebrating Friendship
Last night I helped put on a Relief Society Autumn Supper. We served artichoke, feta and tomato pasta salad, Ruth Wilsons' butterhorn rolls and a dessert sampler plate.
Jen gave a short talk about making friends and appreciating the diversity within our congregation.
For the desserts, I gave several gals 40 little paper cups to fill with whatever type of dessert they wanted. I was so impressed by what they brought back: caramel oatmeal bars, scones, chocolate scotcheroos, roasted almond truffles, apple strudel and coconut balls.
I made the centerpieces for practically free out of white tissue paper, peanuts, branches and popcorn balls. It was really fun to put the whole thing together. A magical evening.

love it sarah, thanks for the inspiration...
It was awesome. A wonderful night full of wonderful friends! Thanks for pulling it all together. Next time, let me help more though! I was serious when I said I begged for a calling with enrichment!
Sarah, the night was great. As always, you did an awesome job with the food & decorating. I had to tell my sister about you. You are very inspiring! I had an idea today, you should start a blog or website that is all about parties! Because you are the queen of parties! You need to start one for all the other women of the church who are throwing church activities & baby showers, because you are good! Anyway, thanks again Sarah!
Sarah, you are impressive in everyway! I bet everything you made was extra delicious, wish I could have been there to help you, and enjoy it with you too.
Wow Sarah! It looked beautiful! I'm so sad i couldn't make it. I swear, you are a magician with these sort of things! I wish I was on the Enrichment Committee just to learn from you! Ü
You really are amazing, I am wishing I was there to partake of those lovely foods, and enjoy your beautiful centerpiece. You have got a great touch.
