Aromatherapy
So I found another "ringer" in the homemade bread department (I've been testing bread recipes lately, specifically "100% whole wheat sandwich" ones). This one is soft and somewhat sweet. It makes great sandwiches and I can't wait to try it for french toast. And it scored a 10 on the T. Schuller scale, which is saying something because this guy can be picky when it comes to food. Do you have any favorite bread recipes? I would love to hear them.

i always just use the one from the provident living pamphlet because it is so simple (although sometimes switch the sugar for honey). here is the url:

natasha has a good one with molasses in it. maybe i'll dig it up when i'm feeling better. i'm too lazy to grind wheat right now.
That looks delicious, Sarah!
Here is the link to my favorite Whole Wheat Bread recipe.

I've started using a mixture of half White Wheat, and half Red Wheat, and I also use honey instead of the sugar.
Spencer really likes the mixture of the two types of wheat better than just straight Red wheat (that is what I prefer, but I've got to please the husband too, so this works well ;)
I also love this recipe because from start to finish, it only takes a little over an hour, and you have 3 fresh loaves of yummy, yummy bread.
Try dumping a couple T.'s of liquid lethicin in your next batch. It softens things up real good.
What times dinner, I'll be right over.
