um, i LOVE Aldi's. we shopped there when i lived in nauvoo my freshman year. best place around. this may take some more explaining than this, but we had a talent show and 2 of the students did an aldi's skit and made outfits out of the bags. sweet.
I don't have an Aldi's but I did go to Winco and found some Quinoa in a bulk food bin tucked in the far corner. I cooked it last night in vegetable broth. It was good. A nice change of variety to add to my favorite food group STARCHES, along with potatoes, white rice, noodles and yeah, potatoes.

Glad to see I'm not the only one with a love affair for Aldi. Seriously--I feel like I'm getting away with something when I shop there.

I LOVE ALDI!!! I think we might have starved once or twice if it hadn't been for Aldi!!! ;)
