I just take a profile picture, resize it in Photoshop so it fits the frame I'm using and then cut it out on black cardstock. I bet there's alot of ways to do it, but that's what works best for me.

I think the ones on the bottom are new, because of the little flip in Lucy's hair.
I agree with Jan the bottom ones are new. Finn's face is a little more mature and Lucy has more hair.
